Formally known as Flexmore Ltd, incorporated 30th June, 1999 as a limited liability company and obtained a NCC license 1st May, 2003 to carry on the business of cellular intallation and other terminals, sales of GSM lines and Airtime.
The company repositioned into a full ICT firm on the 10th October, 2007 becoming Flexmore Technologies Limited. It became an HP Prefered Partner in 2008, at the same time an IBM Business Patner.
